Role Responsibilities
President Josh Mitchell president@ccsc.cguild.club

• Provide strong, efficient and effective leadership for the club.

• Ensure the club is compliant in all areas of governance.

• Oversee the planning and delivery of events and initiatives.

• Chair meetings and set agendas.

• Represent the club to external stakeholders, including the Guild and sponsors.

• Support other committee members in fulfilling their roles.

 

 

Vice President Leo Paoliello vicepresident@ccsc.cguild.club

• Support the President in ensuring the club runs effectively.

• Act on behalf of the President in their absence.

• Coordinate internal operations and help resolve issues across the committee.

• Oversee the execution of projects, delegating tasks where required.

• Mentor new committee members and promote a positive team culture.

 

 

Secretary Areesha Majid secretary@ccsc.cguild.club

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all club documents, policies, and membership data.

• Monitor and direct incoming club correspondence (emails, Guild notices, etc.).

• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.

• Manage club compliance requirements, including annual reporting to the Guild.

• Ensure smooth communication across the committee.

 

 

Treasurer Nikki Doan treasurer@ccsc.cguild.club

• Maintain detailed financial records, showing all income and expenditure throughout the year.

• Track where funds are generated and spent.

• Prepare budgets for events and activities.

• Present financial reports at meetings and the AGM.

• Ensure the club complies with Guild financial policies and reporting requirements.

• Manage reimbursements and funding applications.

 

 

Marketing and Media Jedsen Monck marketing@ccsc.cguild.club

• Bring awareness of the club to relevant communities through physical and virtual marketing.

• Manage social media accounts, newsletters, and promotional materials.

• Work with the committee to promote events and activities.

• Build and maintain the club’s public image and brand.

 

 

Technical Officer (Unassigned Vacant) technical@ccsc.cguild.club

• Lead the design and development of Capture the Flag (CTF) challenges for competitions and workshops.

• Maintain the club’s technical platforms (website, Discord, mailing lists, etc.).

• Provide technical support for cyber events and hands-on learning activities.

• Research and implement new tools and technologies to enhance the technical skillset of members.

• Collaborate with Marketing to promote technical events and increase digital engagement.

 

 

General Committee Rahil Choudhary Isabel Rodriguez-Urrutia Shu Eevie Hunter

• Support executive committee members with projects and events.

• Take on delegated responsibilities, such as event organisation, member engagement, or admin tasks.

• Act as a representative voice for the general membership.

• Gain experience in leadership and committee operations with opportunities to step into executive roles in the future.
